While observing an interview, add a question on the spot

No need to bring participants back. Ask what you need within the interview.

It happens when you are listening to an interview: "I wish I could ask just one more thing." Now, you can add up to three questions right there while observing.

The AI asks your added questions naturally before the interview ends. Choose a base question to continue from, or let the AI phrase it for the context.

Until now, if you had a lingering question after an interview, you had to recruit the participant again. Now you can confirm it the moment it comes up, without running the research again for a missed question.

Share feedback with your team while designing the study

Build your guide and gather team feedback in the same place.

You can now leave notes and exchange feedback with teammates directly on the study design page.

Guide reviews used to mean exporting a draft to a document, collecting comments, and applying them back in the platform. That back-and-forth is gone. Leave a note where review is needed, and teammates can see and reply in the same view.

When review is completed where the guide is made, alignment before launch happens faster and no feedback is missed. It is especially useful for teams preparing a study together.
